EAST LANSING, Mich. — Beginning on Thursday, July 5, westbound East Grand River Avenue will be reduced to one lane of traffic in the 100-200 block, from M.A.C. Avenue to Abbot Road, to accommodate Center City District utility work. The sidewalk directly adjacent to the project along Grand River Avenue will also be closed.
All downtown East Lansing businesses will remain accessible by following the pedestrian detours that will be in place. This utility work is expected to last for approximately one month.
