[ARCHIVED] Motorists Advised of Michigan Avenue Lane Closure

EAST LANSING, Mich. — Motorists are advised that the inside westbound lane of Michigan Avenue, immediately west of Harrison Road, is closed due to a road base failure. Motorist should prepare for a traffic shift to the right as they travel through the Michigan-Harrison intersection.

The lane reduction will be in effect through the beginning of next week as the City of East Lansing and Michigan Department of Transportation investigate the cause of the problem.
