EAST LANSING, Mich. — Starting this year, the East Lansing Department of Parks, Recreation & Arts will offer a summer high school soccer league that plays at the East Lansing Soccer Complex, 3700 Coleman Road. The league is available for all area high schools.
Boys’ and girls’ leagues will be offered, with the boys playing on Tuesday and Thursday, and girls playing on Wednesday. Games will start at 4:30 p.m., 6 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. and will consists of two, 35-minute halves, with a running clock and referee system.
The league begins on Tuesday, June 18 and runs for five weeks. The cost is $675 per team, which includes the cost of 25 t-shirts. The registration deadline is Friday, May 31. To download a registration form, visit http://www.cityofeastlansing.com/summersoccerleague.
