EAST LANSING, Mich. — In preparation for the upcoming water main replacement and roadway improvements in the Glencairn Neighborhood, the City of East Lansing will be rehabilitating some of the existing combined sewers utilizing the trenchless technology of Cured In Place Pipe Lining (CIPP).
This work, scheduled for May 17-25 (during weekdays), will take place in the area bounded by Harrison Road to the east, Saginaw Street to the north and Grand River Avenue to the southwest. City representative will contact individual homeowners that may need to limit water usage during the day. No road closures are required for this work, but community members may experience intermittent lane closures throughout the neighborhood.
