Pavilion Availability CalendarOnline Reservation Inquiry

Beginning in January each year inquiries can be made for reservations between May 1-August 31. To make a reservation for Patriarche Park's pavilion or picnic tables in the open park areas, community members may call (517) 319-6809 during business hours or submit an online reservation inquiry. A staff member will contact you the next business day after receiving the inquiry. During the fall months, the pavilion and picnic tables are used on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved.


Pavilion Rentals: Community members may rent the full pavilion or half pavilion for a full day or half day. The full pavilion provides 24 picnic tables (eight people per table) and the half pavilion provides 12 picnic tables (eight people per table). Full day rental is from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Half day rentals are available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. View the Pavilion Reservation Calendar (PDF) for current reservation availability.  Pricing is as follows:

  • Full pavilion/all day: $280
  • Full pavilion/half day: $200
  • Half pavilion/all day: $140
  • Half pavilion/half day: $100 


Tables in Open Park Areas: Community members may reserve picnic tables in designated open areas of the park for a full day or half day. A full day rental is for 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. A half day rental is from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pricing is as follows:

  • Full day/per table: $6
  • Half day/per table: $5

Those who reserve the pavilion or picnic tables are responsible for cleaning up the areas they use, including any grills that are used (only City-provided grills can be used in the park). Please also keep the following park rules/ordinances in mind: no parking in the grass, no amplified sound/music, no tents/canopies, no shade structures, no staked signs, no open flames/chafing dishes and no food or gaming trucks.
