The City of East Lansing (City) has issued a request for qualifications and proposals (RFQP) for a qualified municipal advisor to represent and advise the City, including potentially in partnership with the East Lansing Downtown Development Authority and/or East Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority on future debt issuances as well as refunding strategies regarding its current portfolio of bonds, including advice on marketing, issuance and delivery of and other related bond financing matters.
