As of November 1, 2023, the City of East Lansing has opened applications for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for FY 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025).
Eligible applicants include, but are not limited to, private/public non-profits, community-based organizations, local public agencies, as well as certain microenterprises and other private entities.

The deadline to apply is December 15, 2023 at 5 p.m.
Applications are reviewed annually by East Lansing's Community Development Advisory Committee. For more information about the Community Development Advisory Committee meeting dates/times, please see the Community Development Advisory Committee webpage.
