Prime Time Seniors Program
The Prime Time Seniors Program is a nationally accredited program that serves to enrich the lives of community members who are age 55+. Prime Time is committed to providing programs which engage the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual and vocational dimensions of wellness, as well as encourage involvement in the community.
Zoom Tutorial for Seniors: Step by Step How to Join a Zoom Meeting
Seniors can feel confident in their abilities to meet with others on Zoom after watching this step by step tutorial, which breaks down the process in detail. The video is designed for senior citizens or others who may find using a computer challenging and will show how to join a Zoom meeting. Watch the Zoom Tutorial for Seniors here. New "Town & Gown" Speaker Series
The Senior Ambassadors Program, an initiative created by Prime Time, MSU's Age Alive and the Social Science Scholars Program, is launching a "Town and Gown" series for seniors in the Greater Lansing area to connect and engage with MSU faculty and one another. The series involves weekly discussions via Zoom with MSU faculty, who will talk about their research on a wide variety of topics. Programs and Courses
Prime Time offers more than 200 wellness programs and courses (PDF) in the arts, film, health, technology, fitness, finance and more. The program also offers a number of inter-generational programming, including a technology lab.

A professional organization committed to both advocating for and contributing to the health, enrichment, social and supportive service needs of East Lansing residents age 55 and older.

Emergency Alerts & Preparedness
The City of East Lansing encourages community members to be prepared in the event of an emergency, such as a power outages, a natural disaster or an act of violence. Residents are encouraged to be prepared by signing up for emergency alerts and to attain an emergency alert file. Residents who are home-bound, isolated, disabled or have a chronic illness are encouraged to sign up for the emergency check list. Learn more about Emergency Alerts & Preparedness.

Inclement Weather Policy
The Prime Time Seniors Program is closed when the East Lansing Public Schools are closed for inclement weather.
